How much does a garden room cost?

How long does it take to build a garden room?
Most builds are completed within 2–3 weeks once we’re on site.

Many clients also choose to include an optional air conditioning unit for both heating and cooling.

Using ground screws instead of concrete helps reduce mess and speeds up the process.
How close can it be to a boundary?
This depends on the size and height of the building, but most garden rooms can be positioned close to boundaries under permitted development rules.
