How long does it take to build a garden room?

Most builds are completed within 2–3 weeks once we’re on site.

Do you handle everything from start to finish?

Yes—our service is fully turnkey.

We take care of:

  • Groundworks and base

  • Full construction

  • Electrics and lighting

  • Internal finishing

Your garden room is ready to use from day one.

What foundations do you use?

We use a modern ground screw system, which is strong, reliable, and avoids the need for traditional concrete bases.

This keeps installation faster and far less disruptive.

Are your garden rooms insulated for year-round use?

Yes—all of our garden rooms are fully insulated, making them comfortable in every season.

Many clients also choose to include an optional air conditioning unit for both heating and cooling.

What electrics are included?

Our standard electrical package includes:

  • Double sockets

  • Internal downlights

  • External lighting

  • Consumer unit

Everything is professionally installed and ready to use.

Can I customise the design?

Absolutely. Every garden room we build is bespoke.

You can choose the size, layout, doors, windows, cladding, and internal finishes to suit your space.

Will there be much disruption during the build?

We keep disruption to a minimum and maintain a clean, tidy site throughout.

Using ground screws instead of concrete helps reduce mess and speeds up the process.

How close can it be to a boundary?

This depends on the size and height of the building, but most garden rooms can be positioned close to boundaries under permitted development rules.

We’ll advise on this during your site survey.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes—all of our garden rooms come with a 10-year structural guarantee for complete peace of mind.

Can I visit a showroom?

Yes—our showroom is available by appointment.
