The Client's Brief

Our client in Thames Ditton sought a spacious, high-end entertainment room that would serve as the ultimate social hub. They had previously invested in a garden room just five years prior, but found it inadequate in terms of size, thermal performance, and customization. The new brief required a large, striking design with specific dedicated zones: a bespoke bar, a professional darts area, and an integrated media wall, plus a discreet external storage shed—all tied together with complementary landscaping.

Our Bespoke Solution

This project was a showcase of full-service customization. After establishing stable footing with our ground screw foundation system, we constructed the large-format building. The exterior featured striking, modern composite cladding complemented by extensive matching composite decking, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel.

Inside, our joinery team delivered fully bespoke elements: a premium bar complete with fridge and lighting, an integrated storage shed section accessible from outside, and a highly functional media wall designed for large-screen viewing and gaming. We also took ownership of the surrounding area, completing the garden renovation with new pathways and carefully planned landscaping to fully integrate the new structure into the property.

The Outcome

The result is a showstopping, fully-loaded games room that exceeds the client’s original expectations and perfectly rectifies the shortcomings of their previous build.
