The client desired a stunning, multi-functional garden room that offered both a peaceful workspace and the capability to host guests independently. The key requirement was the incorporation of a fully serviced shower room and WC, necessitating complex plumbing and drainage. Aesthetically, they requested a curved design to soften the structure's visual impact and blend seamlessly into the garden, alongside premium, durable materials for a cohesive, low-maintenance finish.

Our Bespoke Solution

This project highlighted our expertise in complex builds. We engineered the elegant curved structure and secured it with our stable ground screw foundation system. The exterior was clad in premium Thermawood timber, known for its durability and beautiful finish, with a matching, custom-built gate integrated into the fence line to perfectly frame the room.

Inside, we installed the bespoke shower room, featuring a high-quality finish with sleek floor-to-ceiling tiling and certified plumbing. To complete the outdoor aesthetic and ensure year-round usability, we laid extensive composite decking and installed high-grade artificial grass, creating a maintenance-free zone ready for relaxation and entertaining.
